Menopause is a natural and healthy stage of life, it is not meant to be uncomfortable or debilitating. For centuries women experienced this transition with little or no issue and have embraced this change with ease. In today’s fast-paced world there are many contributing factors that play a role in menopause related symptoms and this can present in a multitude of ways. Factors such as stress, adrenal fatigue, a congested liver, thyroid imbalance, inflammation, exposure to dietary and environmental toxins, medications and an overtaxed immune system can all lead to symptoms that are often thrown under the umbrella of menopause.
In this program we deconstruct where system imbalances lie and apply appropriate protocols specific to your unique condition. Over the course of 9 weekly sessions I will guide you to discover the root cause of your menopause symptoms and we will create and utilize a plan that combines medicinal foods, gentle detoxification and lifestyle adaptations to bring your system back into harmony. As the body begins to heal, symptoms diminish, being replaced with a renewed sense of health and vitality.
The duration of each weekly session is 50 minutes and is offered via video call or in person (Santa Fe, NM).
